Construction staff:  138 management personnel, over 300 self-owned construction workers and over 1000 fixed partners.

Services: construction of offshore oil platforms, including jacket, topside, module drilling rig and living quarter; onshore CPF, installation of natural gas terminal process facilities and equipment, and transforming of offshore facilities and equipment; Section fabrication for New ship building and topside construction; Upgrading for topside structure the ship-in-use.
